In September 2012, I saw a photo of myself and decided I didn’t want to be that person anymore. With two young kids, a full-time job, and doing post-graduate research, my time was limited. I figured that the quickest way to get fit was to start running. Little did I know it was going to become one of the most important parts of my life.
Back then, I couldn’t run more than 100m without stopping. One year later, I completed my first 12km race. Now I’ve been bitten by the running bug, and I have a seed of an ambition to become an ultra-runner. Here is where I will tell the story of how I get there….
